Geoff Rosamond - Group Managing Director of the Human Group Pty Limited

Geoff Rosamond the Group Managing Director of the Human Group Pty Limited and is responsible for the growth of 4 operating companies within the group, consisting of Human Group, mytraining.net, venuehire.net and Human Events. His experience spans over 25 years in customer facing / management consulting roles across a variety of industries, including Government Transport, Travel, Telecommunications, with 10 years experience as a Company Director specialising in Learning, Performance and Talent Development. These experiences have lead Geoff to the creation of outsourced services for corporate business.

Helen Rosamond - Director - Group Projects & Operations 

Helen was appointed the position of director -projects and operations in 2005. Her portfolio extends to company secretary and a member of our executive team. Helen holds a bp pharm and specialises in project methodology. Her diverse skill set includes six sigma practices coupled with process re-engineering.In addition to her strategic vision Helen's passion extends to a hands on approach servicing our key clientele.Helen's passion is human capital strategy and is commited to ensuring the Human Group is an employee of choice for private medium business enterprise.Prior to joining the Human Group, Helen worked in hospital pharmacy and cytotoxic suite management followed by a global recruitment and training organisation. These previous roles / responsibilities has equipped Helen with a niche skill set that compliments working with senior executives to implement their leadership initiatives.

Alex Chau - Group Finance Executive

Alex is a hands-on accounting and financial person. He has over 21 years’ experience in financial management. Alex demonstrates a loyalty in the organisation and its clients. There’s no job too small to him. He is always very dedicated and assists. Alex is adaptable in today’s modern culture in alignment of his valuable wealth of experience. He leverages the new experience and integrates it here for us to be able to internal and external focus. We are glad that we have benefited in his enthusiasm and experience. That delivers opportunities for us to become a smart, dinkum, and progressive and harmony team in the industry.

Marina’s role involves both internal and external communications, media liaison as well as event project management relating to the Asia – Pacific World HR Congress 2012. Qualified in Business Marketing, Management and Direct Marketing, Marina has had over 6 years’ experience in Business Operations Management, Marketing and Events. Her career span has been throughout the Telecommunications, Media and Events industries.

Heath leads a team of industry professionals delivering innovative conferencing, incentive and online web based solutions. Specializing in the areas of delegate engagement, web technologies and international events. Heath has a wealth of knowledge and experience stemming from the hospitality and events industries. Loving a good challenge, Heath has run events as far away as Dubai and the United States.

His role encompasses designing and developing web applications and web sites, creating and specifying architectural and technical parameters, directing web content creation, enhancement and maintenance. Qualified in Computer Science and Software Engineering, Homer has had over 10 years’ experience in software and web development, specializing in E-Commerce solutions. His career span has been throughout the Aviation, Travel and Events industries.

Jason Aitkens - Group Specialist Events Manager & Supplier Liaison Manager

As a member of the Leadership team within the Human Group Jason has the responsibility of building connections, both with direct and indirect partners to help drive the business to achieve its goals. As Supplier Liaison Manager for mytraining.net, Jason is responsible for working with top tier Training and Education providers to build solid and mutually rewarding relationships. Working as the Group Specialised Events Manager, Jason is responsible for developing high end client activities to engage the business community and create opportunities. Finally, Jason is proud to work with the business on its Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. Delivering value back to the local and international community is high on the agenda of the Human Group and it is through their relationship with UNICEF Australia that they are making a difference to the lives of the worlds at risk children.”

Denia Mariano - Product Manager

Denia Mariano is the Product Manager for mytraining.net, Human Group’s portal for training reservations in Australia. Denia’s role embraces all key areas of online and offline marketing and she is direct responsible for managing all the branding and lead generation activities for mytraining.net. Denia has an Advanced Diploma in Business Marketing, a Degree in Communications and a Master in Corporate Communications, with specialisation focused in Corporate Social Responsibility. Denia has more than 8 years of solid in-house and agency experience in the Marketing and Communications field, in companies in Brazil and Australia.

Denia Mariano is the Product Manager for mytraining.net, Human Group’s portal for training reservations in Australia. Additionally he has worked at a leading newspaper and advertising agencies in London and Europe.

Maria’s role involves planning, implementing and evaluating marketing communications to support the sales team and to help drive the business. She is directly responsible for corporate events, print media and sales promotions for the Human Group. Maria holds a MBS in Marketing and a BSc in Marketing, and has more than 8 years of experience in Marketing and Sales, in companies in Ireland and Australia.

Maria’s role encompasses maintaining and managing the training system updating courses, dates and ensuring bookings are approved and delivered to the client. Her role also involves support to the other members of the team. Maria has just started in the industry and has a very bright future ahead of her.
